Kundalini
Yoga is designed for every BODY. The science of Kundalini Yoga (as
taught by Yogi Bhajan) allows us to tap into an ancient technology
that helps us cope with the escalating change of our environment,
by strengthening the nervous system and balancing the glandular
system.
By balancing the Chakra System - the 8 energetic centres of the
body, Kundalini Yoga helps to increase energy flow, awaken your
internal vitality, and quiet the mind. Using powerful Breathwork,
postures, meditation and mantra allows you to have a deeper experience
and awareness of your mind, body and spirit.

White (Siri Hari Kaur) has been teaching Kundalini
Yoga since 2002, and introduced Kundalini Yoga to Okotoks
in 2008.
Theresa
is an Internationally Certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher,
and is currently taking her Level 2 certification. She is
also enrolled in the Aquarian Teacher Academy, training to
become a Teacher Trainer of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi
Bhajan.

Classes
All
classes are open to all levels of experience. Theresa offers drop-in
and registered classes which focus on specific themes, guiding students
to gain a deeper experience of themselves and their yoga practice.
Aquarian Sadhana runs most Saturday mornings.

What
to bring
Wear
comfortable, loose clothing, preferably of natural fibre. Bring
a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, something to cover
yourself during deep relaxation.
Avoid
eating just before coming to a yoga class. Ideally eat 2 to 2.5
hours before, so your body has time to digest the food before your
practice.

Drop-in Pass for 5 classes - $75.00 (inc. GST)
Drop-in fee - $17.00 (inc. GST)
All Series classes (except Sadhana) must be pre-registered. Payment
is by cash or cheque only.
