Yoga Classes

Classes are open to all levels of experience. Each Kundalini class focuses on strengthening the nervous system and glandular system, working with pranayama (breathing techniques) to bring balance, stress reduction, and overall peace of mind. Each class provides an experience for students to gain a deeper experience of themselves and their yoga practice.

What to bring

Wear comfortable, loose clothing, preferably of natural fibre. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, something to cover yourself during deep relaxation.

Avoid eating just before coming to a yoga class. Ideally eat 2 to 2.5 hours before, so your body has time to digest the food before your practice.

Join Siri Hari Kaur (Theresa White) for a 8 week series, offering an experience to reset your body and mind to flow in the same rhythm.  Through breath work, postures and meditation stretch your mind and body.  Find a deep connection to the part of you that guides you to be calm when stressed, to act rather than react, to expand rather than contract, and to relax and enjoy restful sleep.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the endocrine system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for everybody -  for people who must cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.

Kundalini Yoga for Healing

March 22 - May 3, 2018, Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm (6 classes - no class April 26)

 Our bodies have the ability to self-heal. When we embrace the power of our breath we open up a communication with our soul and it is this relationship that gives us the power to heal our self, and to help heal others.   Explore the your inner strength in this 6 week series focusing on specific Kundalini Yoga kriyas (sequence of postures), mantra and meditation to promote healing within.

These classes are for anyone wishing to bring positive change into their life!

Beyond Addiction Workshop: Stress & Addiction

Join Siri Hari Kaur for a 3-hour workshop with Kundalini Yoga, focused on healing the body and mind. Experience
how Kundalini Yoga can help to release and manage stress, a common cause of addiction. Gain understaning in how to
minimize demoting habits and maximize promoting habits to manage stress and o-set addictive behaviour.

Practice Kundalini Yoga kriyas, pranayams, and meditations to strengthen the nervous system and balance the endocrine (glands)
system to promote better self-regulation; learn specific tools and techniques to destress, learn ways to recognize deep seated
stress and emotions that often triggers addictive behaviour.
