Fitness Kickboxing & Jeet Kune Do (JKD) 14yrs & up

 

This total body workout incorporates Jeet Kune Do and traditional Kickboxing strikes and pad holding. A great beginner or advanced student class that focuses on technique and allows you to choose the pace and power. This class incorporates all the equipment to learn kickboxing technique and develop stamina & strength through MMA conditioning exercises.  Train like a fighter without ever getting hit!

An eclectic martial art first created and refined by "Little Dragon", Bruce Lee. Using "no way, as way". Focusing on what works as the main goal in this martial art, this is why JKD is renowned for it's street effectiveness. We cover all ranges of fighting, from the ground to stand up, to weapons or empty hand.
