This total body workout incorporates MMA conditioning techniques with traditional Kickboxing strikes and pad holding. A great beginner or advanced student class that focuses on technique and allows you to choose the pace and power. This class incorporates all the equipment to learn kickboxing technique and develop stamina & strength through MMA conditioning exercises. Train like a fighter without ever getting hit!
