​JKD Self Defense & Fitness

A great all round workout incorporating Jeet Kune Do techniques (street self-defense, stick and knife), as well as fitness conditioning, and energy drills. This is a great workout for those wanting to learn how to defend themselves in real-life situations.

Jeet Kune Do (JKD) 8yrs & up

An eclectic martial art first created and refined by "Little Dragon", Bruce Lee. Using "no way, as way". Focusing on what works as the main goal in this martial art, this is why JKD is renowned for it's street effectiveness. We cover all ranges of fighting, from the ground to stand up, to weapons or empty hand. **Your own pair of Kali sticks and boxing gloves are required.

Fitness Kickboxing/MMA

This total body workout incorporates MMA conditioning techniques with traditional Kickboxing strikes and pad holding. A great beginner or advanced student class that focuses on technique and allows you to choose the pace and power. This class incorporates all the equipment to learn kickboxing technique and develop stamina & strength through MMA conditioning exercises.

Family Martial Arts 4yrs & up

A combination of disciplines (BJJ, JKD, Kickboxing) that caters for families who can take the class together, as well as teens and adults who want to continue with their regular training. The class will be divided into two - one instructor will lead children under 11, and the other instructor will lead teens & adults. Parents attending the class are welcome to participate with their children in the class drills if they wish.
