Classes are open to all levels of experience.
Each Kundalini class focuses on strengthening the nervous system and glandular system, working with pranayama (breathing techniques) to bring balance, stress reduction, and overall peace of mind. Each class provides an experience for students to gain a deeper experience of themselves and their yoga practice.
Classes are offered in Okotoks and Black Diamond.
What to bring
Wear comfortable, loose clothing, preferably of natural fibre. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, something to cover yourself during deep relaxation.
Avoid eating just before coming to a yoga class. Ideally eat 2 to 2.5 hours before, so your body has time to digest the food before your practice
I can't believe how many changes I am feeling since I started taking your class. I am bursting with joy, excitement gratitude etc.... I have more patience and understanding for everyday life. Please continue your path of teaching because you are making a difference in people's lives.

Meditation and Gong Journey to Heal and Relax

This class offers a deep healing experience to relax, release tension and balance the autonomic nervous system. Through a practice of asana, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, prepare your mind and body for the Gong Journey. Lie down or remain seated to receive the sounds and vibrations of the 28” Symphonic Gong.
The Gong is a therapeutic, transformative and rejuvenating tool that is used to help open, clear and recharge the spirit, mind and body. The experience may be one of union through sound, allowing a rare opportunity to relinquish control of the mind. By allowing the vibrations and sounds of the Gong to enter our magnetic field we can experience ourselves in a new way and move beyond the boundaries of the mind to allow healing on deep levels.
All levels are welcome. $20 ($18 members).

Siri Hari Kaur has been a wonderful Kundalini Yoga instructor. Her classes are always motivating, inspiring and challenging and I look forward to them every week. She also has encouraged me on a personal level and supported me to practice Kundalini in my own space. I even used the breathing techniques and strategies on my recent wedding day and it definitely allowed me to enjoy my day with grace and ease.
