Kundalini Yoga - Online Classes

Continue your yoga practice from home! 

The routine of maintaining a regular yoga practice is more important than ever during these times of unpredictability.  Taking care of your physical and mental health is paramount these days!  

 

Even if online isn't 'your thing'  I invite you join these classes as you will still reap the benefits and feel more connected and balanced.

Monday

7-8pm

March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

 

Wednesday

8-9am

March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

 

Thursday

7-8:15 pm

March 4, 11, 18, 25

A one hour class focused on a gentle practice with breathwork, gentle asana, relaxation and meditation​.

  • $35 for monthly Monday classes or $10 /class 

 

​​A 60 minute class to start the day! Wake up the body and mind, get your energy moving and your mind clear.  Kriya, breathwork and meditation.

  • $35 for monthly Wednesday classes or $10 /class  

 

A 75 minute class offering breathwork (pranayam), kriyas, and meditation to rejuvenate the body and mind, release tension and stress, and build flexibility.

  • $45 for monthly Thursday classes or $15 /class

If you wish to practice more than one class a week:

  • $100 for 3 classes/week

  • $70 for any 2 classes /week

Kundalini Meditation & Gong Journey

Monday

7 - 8 pm

A deep, healing experience to relax, release stress and tension and balance the  nervous system. 

 

A Kundalini Yoga based practice, this 60 minute class offers a gentle series or kriya of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work) to prepare for a meditation, followed by a gong layout.

The release of tension creates spaciousness within the mind and body to assist you to relax to the healing vibration of the 28” Symphonic gong during a 15-20 minute gong bath.

Each 90 minute class offers a unique experience, practicing breath work, kriyas, meditation and relaxation.

What to bring to class

*Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please bring your own yoga mat and any other items to support your practice.*

Wear comfortable, loose clothing, preferably of natural fibre. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, something to cover yourself during deep relaxation.

For the Meditation & Gong class, you may want a blanket and something soft to support your head during the layout portion of the class.

 

Avoid eating just before coming to a yoga class. Ideally eat 2 to 2.5 hours before, so your body has time to digest the food before your practice.
