Level 1 Fitness Kickboxing & Core Training

A high-energy, technique-based workout combining boxing, kickboxing, and focused core conditioning.
Beginners’ Jeet Kune Do & Kickboxing
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
An introduction to Jeet Kune Do principles and practical kickboxing skills rooted in functional martial arts.
