Program Certification Requirements

To fully experience the benefits of this program and successfully earn certification, participants must meet the following requirements:

Program Overview

 

This comprehensive training consists of 180 hours of instruction delivered through a blend of in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning. Additionally, students will engage in 40 hours of self-study, including yoga practice, meditation, and course assignments.

 

Training Requirements

​

✔ Class Attendance – participate in all  weekends

 

✔ Yoga classes- attend 20 Kundalini Yoga classes in your area throughout the program:

  • 12 in-person classes (unless unavailable in your area)

  • 8 online classes

​

✔ Teaching Practicum – Complete two teaching practicums to gain hands-on experience.

​

✔ Final Assessment – Successfully pass a collaborative open book final exam with a minimum score of 75% (accommodations available if needed).

Course Completion Timeline

​

🔹 Cohort Weekends:

Attend all in-person weekends and participate in hybrid and online sessions as scheduled.

​

🔹 Tuition Payment:

Full tuition must be paid by the first day of the Cohort weekend (September 25, 2025).

 

By meeting these requirements, you’ll be on your way to becoming a certified instructor—ready to share Kundalini Yoga with confidence—while also feeling more aligned in your own life, guided by clarity, purpose, and inner trust.

​This comprehensive 220 hour training includes in depth study of:

  • Yoga Kriyas, Postures

  • Movement, Form & Alignment

  • Meditation

  • Sound and Mantra

  • The Science of Breath / Pranayam

  • Yogic Philosophy

  • Physical and Subtle Anatomy – Western Anatomy, Chakras and Ten Bodies

  • Ethics and Responsibility of a Teacher

  • Business and Yoga
