Program Details, Requirements, and Dates
To maximize the full experience and benefits of this program, the following is required in order to successfully complete the course and certify:

Program Details:

180 hours of instruction consisting of in-person, virtual, and an option for self-paced modules
​

40 hours of self-study, consisting of personal yoga practice/meditation and course assignments
​
-
Attend 20 Kundalini Yoga classes during the training program
-
12 classes in person (unless there are no classes available in your area)
-
8 classes online
-

Completion of a minimum of one teaching practicum
​

Final collaborative exam with passing grade of 75% (accommodations provided if required)

Complete the four MODULES before the first Cohort weekend, September 12, 2025

Each module may be attended in-person or virtually (Mar, April, May, June) OR self-paced by watching recording of workshop and completing requirements.

Tuition must be paid in full by the first day of Cohort weekend (Sept 12, 2025)​

Cost of $120 for each workshop must be paid before attending or accessing online. (The cost of each workshop is included in the full tuition fee - see Payment Options)

COHORT SCHEDULE:
The first three weekends are 3 days in length, designed to provide a more immersive experience as your journey begins. The cohort weekends are a combination of in person attendance, hybrid and online only. It is important to attend the in person sessions to gain the maximum benefit of learning and integrating the material and practice.
