Classes in Jeet Kune Do, Fitness Kickboxing, Self-Defense, and Edged Weapons focus on functional and structural alignment, as well as technique and form. Not only will you experience exceptional instruction in technique, but also with the use of kettle-bells and Indian mace, build core strength  and flexibility.

Your safety—and the safety of your loved ones—is the top priority. This training focuses on practical and battle-tested techniques to handle street altercations. You’ll learn:

✅ How to read, react, and neutralize threats before they escalate

✅ Striking skills from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate, Wing Chun, and Panantukan

✅ Grappling techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling
