Siri Hari Kaur is an Internationally Certified Kundalini Yoga Professional Teacher Trainer and Beyond Addiction Instructor who has been studying Kundalini Yoga since 2001, introducing Kundalini Yoga to Okotoks, Alberta in 2008.

Siri Hari’s life-long commitment to personal growth, healing and self-development supports

students to connect to their own excellence and full potential, and the ability to heal from past trauma.
Siri Hari's deep love for the Teachings of Kundalini Yoga comes through her classes in different themed series. Each class offers a practical way to apply and integrate the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga into everyday life, helping students find balance and harmony.

Siri Hari believes that each of us has the right to experience our own excellence and full potential, and is committed to delivering each class in such a way that there is opportunity for deeper connection to ones' self whilst still challenging old beliefs that may hold one back from being authentic.
