Program Schedule & Dates

Each training weekend is intentionally structured to support deep immersion, steady integration, and real-life application. The rhythm of in-person, hybrid, and online sessions allows you to stay connected to the practice while honoring the realities of daily life—so your learning becomes something you live, not just attend.

Attendance: You are encouraged to be present for all sessions, as each experience contributes to the depth of your learning, embodiment, and connection to the practice.

​

Absences: A maximum of 3 days may be missed over the course of the program.
