This class is designed to equip you with the skills needed to survive and win a real-world confrontation while also developing the attributes of a skilled martial artist. We combines effective striking, grappling, and weapons defense to prepare you for any situation.

Self-Preservation: Learn to Fight & Survive

Your safety—and the safety of your loved ones—is the top priority. This training focuses on practical and battle-tested techniques to handle street altercations. You’ll learn:

✅ How to read, react, and neutralize threats before they escalate

✅ Striking skills from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate, Wing Chun, and Panantukan

✅ Grappling techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling

✅ Weapons defense against knives, sticks, and more (Filipino Kali & Serrada Escrima)

✅ Specialized self-defense training for youth, women, and children
